Al efecto previsto en este artículo, los Encargados consignarán en el espacio pertinente de las Cédulas la fecha de su vencimiento.”
Asimismo, por el artículo 2°, se sustituyó el artículo 1° de la Sección 3a, Capítulo IX, Título II del Digesto de Normas Técnico-Registrales del Registro Nacional de la Propiedad del Automotor, el cual quedó redactado con el siguiente texto:
«Artículo 1°.- El titular registral podrá solicitar al Registro la expedición de una o más “Cédulas de Identificación para Autorizado a Conducir” cuyo modelo obra como Anexo I de la Sección 1a Capítulo IX, Título II del presente Digesto, a fin de instrumentar documentalmente la autorización para usar el automotor que otorga a un tercero debidamente identificado, quién deberá exhibirla para poder circular con el automotor. En caso de condominio podrá efectuar esta solicitud cualquiera de los condóminos.”
El artículo 9° de la Sección 3a, Capítulo IX, Título II del Digesto de Normas Técnico-Registrales del Registro Nacional de la Propiedad del Automotor quedó sustituido, conforme lo dispuesto por el artículo 3° de la norma en comentario, por el siguiente texto:
“Artículo 9°.- Las disposiciones contenidas en la presente Sección serán de aplicación respecto de los motovehículos, a cuyo efecto los Registros Seccionales de la Propiedad del Automotor con competencia exclusiva en Motovehículos emitirán el modelo de “Cédula de Identificación para Autorizado a Conducir Motovehículos” que obra como Anexo I de la Sección 1a Capítulo IX, Título II del presente Digesto.”
De igual manera, se sustituyó -por el artículo 4°- el Anexo I de la Sección 1a, Capítulo IX, Título II del Digesto de Normas Técnico-Registrales del Registro Nacional de la Propiedad del Automotor de conformidad con el Anexo I que integra la citada Disposición (que reproduce el Anexo de la Disposición D.N. Nº 413 del 27 de octubre de 2014, correspondiente al modelo de Cédula de Identificación -única-).
Por otro lado, se suprimieron los siguientes Anexos: II de la Sección 1a, I y II de la Sección 3a, Capítulo IX, Título II del Digesto de Normas Técnico-Registrales del Registro Nacional de la Propiedad del Automotor.
El modelo de “Cédula de Identificación” (única) será utilizado por los Registros Seccionales de la Propiedad del Automotor en todas sus competencias, a partir del 5 de enero del 2015, los viejos modelos de Cédulas de Identificación que actualmente posean en su stock los Registros Seccionales y el Ente Cooperador M.J. y D. H. – Automotor, Leyes Nº 23.283 y 23.412, podrán ser utilizados simultáneamente al nuevo modelo hasta la fecha que fije esta Dirección Nacional.
