Se publicó en el Boletín Oficial del 21/7/2015 la Resolución 2028/2015 de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación, por la cual se establecieron importantes especificaciones en materia de notificaciones electrónicas, en especial referencia a sus Acordadas nros. 3/2015 y 12/2015 (puntualmente en relación al domicilio electrónico y a los alcances de la “debida anotación” que los letrados deberán asentar en el Libro electrónico de Asistencia de letrados).
Por otro lado, cabe recordar que la Corte puso a disposición de los letrados un instructivo en materia de notificaciones electrónicas, disponible en la página oficial de la Corte. Acceda al instructivo.

Expediente 7630/11 Implementación del Sistema de Notificación Electrónica.
Bs. As., 14/07/2015
Visto el expediente caratulado: “Implementación del Sistema de Notificación Electrónica”
CONSIDERANDO:
I. Que en virtud de la inclusión masiva de todas las causas en trámite al sistema de notificaciones electrónicas, dispuesta por Acordada 3/15 y fijada su vigencia por la Acordada 12/15 a partir del 1° de septiembre de 2015, resulta conveniente, para facilitar la tarea de los letrados y de las oficinas judiciales, que, por única vez, se establezca automáticamente la “Identificación Electrónica Judicial” del letrado interviniente como su domicilio electrónico en el Sistema Informático del Poder Judicial, reemplazando al domicilio físico que tuviera constituido en el sistema de gestión informático de causas, siempre que los letrados se encuentren debidamente registrados en el sistema y tengan habilitado el perfil de notificaciones electrónicas.
II. Que, asimismo, corresponde establecer el recto alcance de la situación reglada en el considerando 13 de la Acordada 3/2015, respecto del Libro electrónico de Asistencia de letrados, en el sentido de que cuando allí se señala que deberá dejarse la “debida anotación” en el expediente papel, se entiende que la obligatoriedad decretada en el punto 11 de la parte resolutiva tendrá lugar únicamente en el caso en que se suscitare una cuestión controversial respecto de la fecha de notificación de la providencia de que se trate. En todos los demás casos, deberá estarse a las constancias del Sistema Informático de Gestión Judicial. Por ello,
SE RESUELVE:
1°) Que la registración en el sistema de domicilio electrónico que realice el letrado o auxiliar de justicia tendrá efecto, por única vez en la totalidad de los expedientes en los que se encuentre interviniendo al 1° de septiembre de 2015. El sistema automáticamente lo habilitará para que se libren notificaciones electrónicas sin la necesidad de su validación en cada expediente, siempre que los letrados se encuentren debidamente registrados en el sistema y tengan habilitado el perfil de notificaciones electrónicas.
2°) Que para los expedientes que se inicien a partir del 1° de septiembre de 2015, continúa la obligación de constituir domicilio electrónico en cada causa, según lo previsto por la Acordada 31/2011.
3°) Que la obligatoriedad dispuesta por el punto 11 de la parte resolutiva de la Acordada 3/2015, tendrá lugar únicamente en el caso en que se suscitare una cuestión controversial respecto de la fecha de notificación de la providencia de que se trate. En todos los demás casos, deberá estarse a las constancias, del Sistema Informático de Gestión Judicial.
