Artículo 1° — Derógase la Resolución N° 394 de fecha 15 de noviembre de 2007 del ex MINISTERIO DE ECONOMÍA Y PRODUCCIÓN y sus modificatorias.
Art. 2° — Para todos los hidrocarburos incluidos en los Anexos I, II y III de la presente resolución, se define como precio internacional (PI) del petróleo crudo: PI: Valor Brent de referencia del mes N menos OCHO DOLARES ESTADOUNIDENSES POR BARRIL (8,0 US$/bbl); donde: “Valor Brent de referencia”: es el promedio de los precios para el ICE Brent primera línea o mes inmediato publicado por el “Platts Crude Marketwire” bajo el encabezado “Futures Settlements” desde el día 21 del segundo mes inmediato anterior (mes N-2), inclusive y el día 20 del mes inmediato anterior (mes N-1) inclusive. “N”: es el mes de la exportación.
Art. 3° — La Dirección Nacional de Refinación y Comercialización dependiente de la SUBSECRETARÍA DE COMBUSTIBLES de la SECRETARÍA DE ENERGÍA del MINISTERIO DE PLANIFICACIÓN FEDERAL, INVERSIÓN PÚBLICA Y SERVICIOS, publicará mensualmente el precio definido en el Artículo 2° de la presente medida.
Art. 4° — Los hidrocarburos incluidos en el Anexo I, que forma parte integrante de la presente medida, tendrán las siguientes alícuotas nominales del derecho de exportación en función del precio internacional del petróleo crudo:
