Asimismo se creó en el ámbito del Honorable Congreso de la Nación la Comisión Bicameral de Monitoreo e Implementación del Nuevo Código Procesal Penal de la Nación, con el fin de evaluar, controlar y proponer durante el período que demande la implementación prevista en el artículo 3°, los respectivos proyectos de ley de adecuación de la legislación vigente a los términos del Código aprobado por el artículo 1° de la ley, así como toda otra modificación y adecuación legislativa necesaria para la mejor implementación del nuevo Código Procesal Penal de la Nación.
