Mediante la ley provincial Nº I-0964 (B.O. el 15/02/2017), se creó en San Luis el denominado «Corredor Humanitario y Comité de Refugiados», que funcionará en el ámbito del Poder Ejecutivo de esa provincia, que tendrá a su cargo elaborar políticas en materia de integración y diagramar directrices para la recepción de personas desplazas forzosamente de sus respectivos países «a causa de su raza, su religión, su nacionalidad, sus ideas políticas o su pertenencia a un determinado grupo social».

Artículo 1
.- CRÉASE en la órbita del Poder Ejecutivo del Gobierno de la provincia de San Luis, el Corredor Humanitario y Comité de Refugiados San Luis, cuyos objetivos serán establecer las directrices generales para la recepción humanitaria de las personas desplazadas forzosamente de sus Países de origen a causa de su raza, su religión, su nacionalidad, sus ideas políticas o su pertenencia a un determinado grupo social, y fijar las políticas en materia de integración social de quienes arriben al territorio Provincial mediante los mecanismos de admisión humanitaria disponibles.-
Artículo 2.- El Corredor Humanitario y Comité de Refugiados San Luis creado en el Artículo precedente, estará conformado de la siguiente manera: Presidencia: a cargo del titular del Poder Ejecutivo, un Coordinador/a General designado por el titular del Poder Ejecutivo. Miembros: titular de la Secretaría General de la Gobernación, titulares de los Ministerios de Gobierno, Justicia y Culto, de Desarrollo Social y de Hacienda Pública; Asesor Ejecutivo: titular del organismo Cascos Blancos.-
Artículo 3.- El Corredor Humanitario y Comité de Refugiados San Luis deberá conformar un Registro de Adherentes Activos integrado por representantes de organismos públicos Provinciales y Municipales, instituciones de la sociedad civil y particulares voluntarios que manifiesten su voluntad de colaborar en el armado de una red de contención física, social, psicológica y jurídica que facilite la integración social del refugiado.-
Artículo 4.- El Corredor Humanitario y Comité de Refugiados San Luis dictará, por Decreto del Poder Ejecutivo, su reglamento interno de funcionamiento.-
Artículo 5.- El Ministerio de Hacienda Pública, en cuya órbita funcionará la unidad ejecutora responsable de la administración de los recursos a afectarse a la presente, efectuará las adecuaciones necesarias a fin de crear las partidas presupuestarias correspondientes.-
Artículo 6.- Créase en el ámbito de la Legislatura Provincial, la Comisión Bicameral Corredor Humanitario San Luis, que tendrá por objetivo promover y garantizar en su ámbito las políticas en la materia y garantizar la transparencia del Corredor Humanitario y Comité de Refugiados San Luis. Estará integrada por TRES (3) Diputados y DOS (2) Senadores, que serán elegidos por sus propios Cuerpos Legislativos. La Comisión dictará su propio Reglamento Interno y designará su Presidente.-
Artículo 7.- La presente Ley entrará en vigencia a partir de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial y Judicial de la Provincia.-
Artículo 8.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo y archívese.-
