Ley:
ARTÍCULO 1° — Créase la Defensoría Pública Oficial N° 2 con asiento en la ciudad de Neuquén, provincia del Neuquén, para actuar juntamente con la ya existente ante los dos (2) Juzgados Federales con asiento en la mencionada jurisdicción.
ARTÍCULO 2° — La Defensoría Pública Oficial N° 2 tendrá competencia territorial sobre los Departamentos de Pehuenches, Añelo y Confluencia, para intervenir en todas las causas federales en que ejerzan su jurisdicción los Juzgados Federales números 1 y 2 con asiento en la ciudad de Neuquén. Queda excluida de su competencia la materia electoral.
ARTÍCULO 3° — La Defensoría Pública Oficial ante los Tribunales de Primera y Segunda Instancia con asiento en la ciudad de General Roca, provincia de Río Negro, será la dependencia de Alzada y ejercerá la Superintendencia de la Defensoría que se crea por esta ley.
ARTÍCULO 4° — Créanse los cargos de magistrados, funcionarios y empleados de la Defensoría Pública Oficial N° 2 que se detallan en el Anexo I que forma parte de la presente ley.
ARTÍCULO 5° — La presente ley se implementará una vez que se cuente con el crédito presupuestario para atender el gasto que su objeto demande, el que se imputará al presupuesto del Ministerio Público de la Defensa.
ARTÍCULO 6° — Los magistrados, funcionarios y empleados que se designen en los cargos creados, sólo tomarán posesión de los mismos cuando se dé la condición financiera presupuestaria referida en el artículo 5° de la presente ley.
ARTÍCULO 7° — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo nacional.
