RESUELVE:
Artículo 1° — Incorporar como punto 6.14. del Capítulo 2 del artículo 19 de la Sección IV del Capítulo II del Título V de las NORMAS (N.T. 2013 y mod.), el siguiente texto: “6.14. INVERSIÓN EN PROYECTOS DE INICIATIVA PRIVADA.- El Fondo deberá invertir el DOS Y MEDIO POR CIENTO (2,5%) de su Patrimonio Neto, en valores negociables orientados al financiamiento de proyectos de iniciativa privada destinados a: a) la inversión productiva; b) el desarrollo de infraestructura; y/o c) el financiamiento de Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas, en los términos previstos en el artículo 3° de la Resolución Conjunta N° 620/2012 y 365/2012 del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMÍA Y FINANZAS PÚBLICAS y el MINISTERIO DE INDUSTRIA DE LA NACIÓN.
Art. 2° — Los Agentes de Administración de Productos de Inversión Colectiva de Fondos Comunes de Inversión —Sociedades Gerentes de la Ley N° 24.083— deberán adaptar la cartera de inversión de los Fondos Comunes de Inversión bajo su administración a las disposiciones contenidas en la presente según se establece a continuación:
1) Deberán invertir el UNO Y MEDIO POR CIENTO (1,5%) de su Patrimonio Neto en los activos elegibles dentro de los SESENTA (60) días corridos, alcanzando el DOS Y MEDIO POR CIENTO (2,5%) dentro de los CIENTO VEINTE (120) días corridos.
