A partir de hoy -20 de febrero de 2015- comienza a regir la reglamentación de la Resolución A.G. 2041/2014 de la Dirección Nacional de Vialidad que estableció la exención del pago de peajes para personas con discapacidad.
Quedan comprendidas todas las Estaciones de cobro de Peaje correspondientes a la Red Vial Nacional Concesionada, que se encuentra bajo la órbita de competencia del órgano de Control de Concesiones Viales y auquellas que se adhieran.
La exención se otorgará a las personas con discapacidad que se acojan voluntariamente a dicha franquicia de acuerdo a los términos y condiciones de la reglamentación.
Para obtener el beneficio se deberá:
- afectar un vehículo específico en el que se traslade o sea trasladada la persona con discapacidad beneficiaria, cuyo dominio registral deberá ser individualizado al momento de tramitarse la exención y que circule con el símbolo correspondiente.
- tramitar la credencial de «pase libre» que emitirá el Órgano de Control de Concesiones Viales, el cual deberá ser exhibido a la cabina de peaje.
Trámite de solicitud de la exención
El trámite se deberá iniciar ante las oficinas de atención al usuario de cualquiera de las Concesionarias que tengan adjudicada la concesión para la explotación, administración, conservación, mantenimiento, reparación, ampliación y construcción de tramos de la Red Vial Nacional. El trámite es personal, con lo cual deberá presenciarse la persona con discapacidad. En caso de ser menor de edad o incapaz, podrá presentarse su representante legal, debiéndose acreditarse la condición invocada.
La documentación a presentar en original y copia será:
- DNI con domicilio actualizado
- Certificado único de Discapacidad Vigente
- Símbolo identificatorio del automotor
- Título del Automotor
- Licencia de conducir no vencida
- Formulario de solicitud
- Foto 4×4 del beneficiario
Una vez iniciado el trámite se remitirá la documentación al Órgano de Control de Concesiones Viales para la emisión de la credencial la cual será entregada en la oficina en la que se inició la solicitud.
La credencial tendrá vigencia de tres años de otorgada o el mismo vencimiento que el Certificado único de Discapacidad, si éste fuera anterior.
Para que sea otorgada la exención del peaje el beneficiario deberá exhibir la credencial y estar en el vehículo afectado a tal fin, de lo contrario la estación de peaje podrá exigir el pago de la tarifa pertinente.

Buenos días , para el trámite de la exención de pago de peaje , dice claramente que hay que iniciar el trámite en cualquier oficina de atención al usuario , de cualquier concesionario de peaje , y que en ese mismo lugar , hay que ir luego a retirarlo . Yo vivo en san Rafael Mendoza , no hay en toda la provincia estaciones de peaje ….. Y cada vez que salgo de la provincia se me presenta el problema en cada peaje , ya que al estar de paso , no puedo hacer el trámite , para luego volver a buscar la credencial !!! , no hay alguna manera de facilitarlo , enviando por correo ? Y porque tiene que ser un vehículo afectado ? Ósea que si alguien tiene la buena voluntard de llevarme en su propio vehículo , también va a tener que pagar el peaje ? , yo considero que no debería de afectarse a solo un vehículo , para eso está la oblea , el certificado y la tarjeta de CUD , para demostrar que soy discapacitada ,!!para ser presentada, y no complicar con más papeles…. No está previsto un pase para pasar en forma automática por las cabinas de «pase» no manuales? En todo caso se pueden conservar ambos sistemas y alternar en función de las colas que hayan? Gracias!

Tiene cobertura de mi misma Obra Social pero en forma individual ya que al cumplir 25 años la separaron del grupo familiar y abono mensualmente por ella una suma importante.
Mis preguntas son:
1 – ¿¿¿ Puedo gestionar antes esa obra social la gratuidad de la cobertura ???
2 – ¿¿¿ Tiene derecho a alguna pensiónde algún organismo nacional o local?

Respecto de la pensión le aconsejamos que se acerque a una sede de ANSES para averiguar si es viable la jubilación anticipada o alguna pensión para su hija. un saludo y suerte!
