Por medio de la Resolución 388/E del Ministerio de Producción, publicada en el Boletín Oficial del 10/08/2016, se actualizaron el monto de las multas, aranceles y anualidades del INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE LA PROPIEDAD INDUSTRIAL (INPI) en atención a las características técnicas del mencionado Instituto, a fin de favorecer su gestión encaminada a la mejora continua de la calidad de sus prestaciones, la pertinente adecuación tecnológica a los nuevos parámetros nacionales e internacionales, teniendo en cuenta su interacción con las demás Oficinas de Propiedad Industrial de países de la región, y la continuidad del reconocimiento del nivel técnico especializado de su personal.
Así, por el artículo 1° de la Resolución se dispuso modificar el monto de las multas, aranceles y anualidades que percibe por sus servicios el INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE LA PROPIEDAD INDUSTRIAL (INPI), organismo autárquico en el ámbito del MINISTERIO DE PRODUCCIÓN, que fueran previstos en el Anexo III del Decreto N° 260 de fecha 20 de marzo de 1996 y sus modificaciones, y fijados a la fecha por la Resolución N° 165 de fecha 28 de julio de 2015 del ex MINISTERIO DE INDUSTRIA, de conformidad con los montos y condiciones siguientes:
