Artículo 1
.- La presente Ley tiene por objeto garantizar el acceso a la información por parte de la ciudadanía, sensibilizar, prevenir y erradicar la violencia contra las mujeres, en todas sus formas.
Artículo 2.- Establécese la obligatoriedad de difundir por parte de los organismos públicos y privados que prestan servicios a la sociedad, los números de teléfonos, denominación, correos electrónicos y toda otra forma de contacto de los centros y lugares que prestan asistencia a las víctimas de violencia contra las mujeres.
Artículo 3.- Serán alcanzados por las disposiciones de la presente Ley los organismos pertenecientes a los tres Poderes del Estado Provincial, las empresas de transporte público de pasajeros, supermercados, asociaciones gremiales, cines, teatros y cualquier otro lugar de concurrencia masiva de público, quienes deberán exhibir esta información en un lugar visible.
Artículo 4.- Facúltase a los tres Poderes del Estado Provincial a celebrar convenios con las universidades públicas y privadas y con los colegios de profesionales a fin de generar un ámbito de capacitación destinado a las personas interesadas y/o que trabajen en la temática de violencia contra la mujer.
Artículo 5.- Facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo a realizar las adecuaciones presupuestarias que resulten pertinentes y necesarias para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley.
Artículo 6.- Invítase a los organismos intervinientes a incluir en sus portales web oficiales un sector de difusión sobre esta temática.
