VISTO los servicios de publicación que presta la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL, la Resolución S.L. y T. N° 31 del 12 de junio de 2012, La Resolución de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación N° 1687/2012, y las Disposiciones D.N.R.O. N° 3 del 3 de marzo de 2011 y 2 del 15 de Junio del 2012 y, CONSIDERANDO: Que en virtud del acto citado en primer término se autorizó a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL, a la implementación del sistema de «Delegación Virtual». Que a través de dicho mecanismo se creó el Sistema Electrónico de Consulta y Publicación de Edictos consagrado por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación mediante la Resolución 1687/2012 cuya puesta en funciones tuvo una favorable acogida, desarrollándose con éxito en todos los estamentos del Poder Judicial de la Nación. Que el referido mecanismo de publicación ha sido receptado favorablemente por los organismos del Poder Judicial. Que en dicho marco se han llevado a cabo tareas de capacitación del personal de todos los juzgados y tribunales nacionales y federales, los que en la actualidad son los únicos responsables de ingresar los edictos a publicar. Que a fin de continuar con el mejoramiento de los servicios que presta la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL, y con el objeto de arribar a un nivel de excelencia de los mismos, es necesario generar una aplicación que permita que los edictos a publicar, una vez cargados, puedan ser consultados y abonados por vía remota por los usuarios, tratándose así de una herramienta que proporcionará celeridad, comodidad y practicidad a nuestro sistema de publicación de edictos.
