Los usuarios del servicio público de transporte ferroviario de pasajeros del tramo RETIRO – TIGRE de la Línea MITRE que posean tarjetas del SISTEMA UNICO DE BOLETO ELECTRONICO (S.U.B.E.) y que pertenezcan a los grupos de afinidad detallados en el artículo 5° de la antes citada Resolución N° 975, abonarán los montos establecidos para las TARIFAS CON SUBE en el Anexo I, con un descuento del CUARENTA POR CIENTO (40%). Para gozar de tal beneficio, estos usuarios deberán poseer la Tarjeta SUBE debidamente personalizada con el atributo social y/o el grupo de afinidad que le corresponda.
Los Boletos Escolar y Estudiantil no sufrirán cambios en su valor. De existir cualquier gratuidad o franquicia vigente en el tramo RETIRO – TIGRE de la Línea MITRE mayor a la prevista en el presente artículo, se aplicará dicha gratuidad o franquicia.
Asimismo se estableció que los usuarios del servicio de la Linea Mitre que utilicen para el pago del servicio la tarjeta S.U.B.E., abonarán en el punto de origen del recorrido el monto máximo establecido para las TARIFAS CON SUBE en el Anexo I. Si el valor de la tarifa del pasaje adquirido corresponde al establecido en el Anexo I para la primera sección, concluido el recorrido y llegado al punto de destino, los usuarios podrán pasar nuevamente la tarjeta S.U.B.E. por el lector de las máquinas validadoras instaladas en los molinetes, a los fines de que se le devuelva la diferencia que corresponda.
