Artículo 1.- Los hoteles, hospedajes, albergues o alojamientos turísticos, deberán garantizar plenamente las condiciones de accesibilidad al uso por personas con sillas de ruedas, de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley Nº 10.592 y modificatorios, ostentando un símbolo indicativo de tal hecho y contar con el número de plazas adaptadas para personas con movilidad reducida, en una proporción no inferior a una (1) cada veinte (20) habitaciones.
Artículo 2
.- Los establecimientos comprendidos en la presente ley que cuenten estacionamiento de vehículos, deberán reservar y señalizar espacios para los que transporten a personas con movilidad reducida, que deberán ubicarse en cercanías del ingreso al interior del edificio o de las rampas de acceso, en proporción no inferior a uno (1) cada diez (10) lugares.
Artículo 3.- En las publicidades que se hagan de los establecimientos señalados, cualquiera sea el medio empleado, deberá indicarse mediante un símbolo indicativo, que el mismo se encuentra adaptado y es accesible para personas en sillas de ruedas.
Artículo 4.- El incumplimiento de la presente se sancionará de conformidad con lo establecido por las prescripciones del Decreto-Ley Nº 8031 y sus modificatorias, correspondiendo aplicar multa de uno (1) a veinte (20) sueldos mínimos de la Ley № 10.430 y modificatorias. La reiteración podrá implicar la clausura hasta el máximo de tiempo necesario para la adecuación a las respectivas prescripciones legales.
Artículo 5.- Otórgase un plazo de ciento ochenta (180) días, a partir de la sanción de la presente, para que los establecimientos del artículo primero, realicen las adecuaciones edilicias conforme a lo dispuesto en la presente ley.
Artículo 6.- La reglamentación podrá establecer promociones impositivas parciales para quienes superen los cupos previstos en los arts. 1 y 2 de la presente ley. A tales fines, invítase a los municipios a adherir a la presente ley. (Observado por Decreto Promulgación 32/2018).
Artículo 7.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
