Por medio de la Acordada 16/2016 se dispuso que el ingreso de causas se realizara por medios electrónicos, sorteo y asignación de expedientes que establece las reglas generales aplicables a todos los tribunales nacionales y federales del Poder Judicial de la Nación.
La CSJN dispuso que la Dirección General de Tecnología del Consejo de la Magistratura y la Comisión Nacional de Gestión Judicial del Tribunal fijarán el cronograma de implementación del Sistema de Ingreso Web de Causas, establecido en la acordada 16/2016, en las distintas cámaras nacionales y federales.

En Buenos Aires, a los 31 días del mes de agosto del año dos mil diecisiete, los Señores Ministros que suscriben la presente
CONSIDERARON:
I. Que mediante la acordada 16/2016, del 7 de junio de 2016, se dispuso que a partir del primer día hábil de marzo de 2017 el ingreso de causas se realizara por medios electrónicos, sorteo y asignación de expedientes que establece las reglas generales aplicables a todos los tribunales nacionales y federales del Poder Judicial de la Nación.
II. Que, oportunamente, el Consejo de la Magistratura, hizo saber que “la complejidad apreciable del desarrollo del sistema hace prever que no se podría arribar en condiciones de implantación al primer día de marzo de 2017, fecha prevista del ingreso web de causas”. Por lo que requirió posponer su puesta en marcha, lo que se dispuso por medio de la acordada 5/2017.
III. Que, mediante oficio de fecha 15 de agosto -librado en el exp.15-230443/16 CM-, el Consejo de la Magistratura, a través de su Sub Administrador General, solicita una nueva prórroga de la fecha de implementación y propone la puesta en marcha de la acordada de manera progresiva, mediante la fijación de un cronograma de implementación en conjunto con la Comisión Nacional de Gestión Judicial de este Tribunal.
IV. Que con fecha 16 de agosto el Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital federal solicitó también el diferimiento de la acordada 16/2016 (esc. 2894/2017).
V. Que por otro lado, resulta conveniente adecuar lo dispuesto en el Anexo I de la acordada 16/2016, respecto del sorteo y asignación de causas, a lo establecido por los artículos. 34 apartado 3 inc. C) y 268 del Código Procesal, en el sentido que el sorteo de orden de votación de los jueces se efectúe una vez que se encuentre firme el llamamiento de autos para sentencia, ello sin perjuicio de la publicación posterior en el Sistema de Gestión Judicial Informático.
Por ello, en razón a la importancia de la adecuada implementación de esta herramienta digital y a efectos de garantizar la correcta prestación del servicio de justicia,
ACORDARON:
I. Postergar la implementación de las cláusulas previstas por la acordada 16/2016 en toda la Justicia Nacional y Federal cuya vigencia comenzaba a regir el primer día hábil del mes de septiembre de 2017, conforme a lo que se dispone en el punto siguiente.
II. Disponer que la Dirección General de Tecnología del Consejo de la Magistratura y la Comisión Nacional de Gestión Judicial del Tribunal fijarán el cronograma de implementación del Sistema de Ingreso Web de Causas, establecido en la acordada 16/2016, en las distintas cámaras nacionales y federales.
III. Que, conforme lo señalado en el considerando V, y en atención a lo dispuesto por los arts. 34 apartado 3 inc. c) y 268 del Código Procesal Civil y Comercial de la Nación, el sorteo de orden de votación de los jueces será establecido una vez que se encuentre firme el llamamiento de autos para sentencia, que será realizado en el Sistema de Gestión Informático. En consecuencia se modifica en este sentido lo dispuesto en la acordada 16/2016, Anexo I, Reglamento para el ingreso de causas por medios electrónicos, sorteo y asignación de expedientes, apartado III, Sorteo y asignación de causas, párrafo tercero.
IV. Exhortar nuevamente al Consejo de la Magistratura de la Nación para que adopte con carácter de urgente todas las medidas conducentes para el desarrollo y puesta en marcha en tiempo y forma del sistema del ingreso web de causas.
Todo lo cual dispusieron y mandaron, ordenando que se comunique, se publique en la página web del Tribunal, en el Boletín Oficial, en la página del CIJ y se registre en el libro correspondiente, por ante mí, que doy fe.
