24. Defensor Público de Víctima con asiento en la provincia de Tucumán (CONCURSO Nº 143, MPD).
La actuación de los Defensores Públicos de Víctimas no se encontrará limitada territorialmente por la división política provincial, sino que abarcará —eventualmente— todas las ciudades y/o localidades comprendidas en la jurisdicción territorial de la Cámara Federal respectiva.
PERÍODO DE INSCRIPCION: el comprendido entre los días 11 y 22 de septiembre del corriente año, ambos inclusive.
Durante dicho período, se recibirán las inscripciones, las que deberán ser realizadas exclusivamente por vía electrónica, mediante la remisión del Formulario Uniforme de Inscripción —FUI— por correo electrónico a la casilla inscripcionaconcursos@mpd.gov.ar. Cada postulante deberá completar y remitir electrónicamente un solo FUI, en el que indicará cada uno de los concursos en los que pretenda inscribirse (Concursos MPD Nros. 120 al 143, ambos inclusive), en el espacio destinado para ello.
Vencido el período de inscripción, se iniciará un nuevo plazo de diez (10) días hábiles (Art. 18, Inc. b) del Reglamento) para presentar personalmente o por tercero autorizado —en la SC, sita en Av. Callao 289, piso 6º, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, en días hábiles y en el horario de 8.00 a 15.30 horas—, o remitir por vía postal a dicha SC, la documentación a la que se refiere el Art. 19, Inc. c) del Reglamento, la que deberá efectuarse ineludiblemente en soporte papel, debidamente foliada y en carpeta o bibliorato. Esta documentación también podrá ser presentada o enviada durante el período de inscripción al que alude el Art. 18 Inc. a), siempre que con anterioridad ya se hubiese enviado por correo electrónico el Formulario Uniforme de Inscripción.
El plazo establecido en el Art. 18, Inc. b) del Reglamento vencerá el día 6 de octubre de 2017.
FORMA DE INSCRIPCION: Los/as aspirantes llevarán a cabo sus inscripciones en la forma prevista en el punto IV de la presente resolución y Capítulo IV del Reglamento.
Asimismo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Reglamento, se deja constancia que, toda vez que la inscripción por vía electrónica puede ser realizada válidamente hasta la finalización del día del vencimiento, no será de aplicación el plazo de gracia contemplado en el último párrafo del Art. 25 del Decreto N° 1759/72.
Así también, se hace saber que, en el supuesto de que el/la postulante contara con alguna discapacidad, deberá poner dicha circunstancia en conocimiento de la Secretaría de Concursos de la Defensoría General de la Nación (en adelante, “la SC”), con el objetivo de allanar cualquier dificultad que pudiera presentársele en el momento de rendir las pruebas de oposición. Dicha información tendrá carácter confidencial.
Por su parte, los/as aspirantes deberán constituir domicilio en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires a los efectos de los concursos, no pudiendo hacerlo en dependencias del Ministerio Público de la Defensa; y deberán denunciar una dirección de correo electrónico, resultando válidas todas las notificaciones que se practiquen en la misma, de conformidad con el Art. 4º del reglamento aplicable. Será obligación del/de la postulante verificar que las condiciones de seguridad de su casilla no impidan la recepción de los correos electrónicos institucionales.
En virtud de lo establecido en el Art. 20, inc. d) del Reglamento, transcurridos los diez (10) días mencionados en el Inc. “b” del Art. 18, el/la/los/as postulante/s que no cuente/n con los recaudos exigidos en los apartados 1, 2, 3 y 4 del inciso “c” del Art. 19, será/n excluido/a/os/as del listado de inscriptos.
El “Formulario Uniforme de Inscripción”, el “Formulario de Declaración Jurada” y el “Instructivo para la Inscripción”, a tenor de lo dispuesto por el Art. 19, Inc. a) del Reglamento, son aquéllos que se encuentran publicados en la página web de la Defensoría General de la Nación e identificados como “Documentación para la inscripción en los Concursos MPD Nros. 120 al 143”, desde donde podrán obtenerlos los interesados.
REQUISITOS PERSONALES: Se requiere ser ciudadano argentino, tener veinticinco (25) años de edad y contar con cuatro (4) años de ejercicio efectivo en el país de la profesión de abogado en el ámbito público o privado, o de cumplimiento, por igual término, de funciones en el Ministerio Público o en el Poder Judicial, con por lo menos cuatro (4) años de antigüedad en el título de abogado (Conf. Art. 31, 3º párr., Ley 27.149).
INTEGRACION DEL JURADO DE CONCURSO: El sorteo por el cual se desinsaculará a los integrantes del Jurado de Concurso que intervendrá se llevará a cabo el día 17 de octubre de 2017, en la sede de la SC.
El sorteo será público y documentado en acta, y contará con la intervención como Actuario/a de un funcionario/a de la SC con jerarquía no inferior a Secretario/a de Primera Instancia.
El trámite de todos los Concursos convocados mediante la presente Resolución —Concursos Nº 120 al 143, MPD— será único y se sustanciará ante un mismo Jurado de Concurso, debiéndose desarrollar conforme lo establece el Art. 8, inc. b) del Reglamento.
PUBLICACION DE LISTADOS: Las listas de inscriptos/as y excluidos/as y de los/as miembros titulares y suplentes del Jurado de Concurso serán notificadas a los postulantes en la casilla de correo electrónico oportunamente denunciada, a los miembros del Jurado en la casilla de correo oficial, y a los juristas Titular y Suplente, por medio fehaciente (Conf. Art. 22 del Reglamento).
